JTB-CWT may, to the extent necessary to achieve the business objectives, provide the acquired Handling of Personal Information to a third party in Japan and outside of Japan in the following manner:

To claim insurance in case of any accident or problem. To provide information on safety and health of travel destinations, and to contact a customer to confirm the safety of customers in an emergency. In case a customer is sick or injured during a trip, JTB-CWT may ask a personal information of a contact person appointed by a customer for an emergency during a trip. Such a personal information can be used when JTB-CWT need to contact the person when a customer is sick or injured. Customer is required to obtain a consent from the contact person to inform the personal information to JTB-CWT.
5） Entrustment of handling of Handling of Personal Information
JTB-CWT has outsourced part of the business and may provide Handling of Personal Information to the party in Japan and/or outside of Japan to which the business is entrusted. In such case, JTB-CWT selects an entrustee that deems to properly handle Handling of Personal Information and has such entrustee properly manage the Handling of Personal Information by providing for matters necessary to prevent leakage of Handling of Personal Information through the proper management and the confidentiality of Handling of Personal Information in a contract.
6) Provision of Personal Information to a third party in a foreign country
(1)JTB-CWT may transfer personal information to transportation / accommodation service providers and other third parties in countries or regions such as travel destinations in order to make arrangements for the travel services provided, such as transportation and accommodations, etc., for the trip the customer has booked, and for above 3）the purpose of use.

(2) JTB-CWT may transfer personal information to a foreign contractor, etc. after taking measures such as concluding a contract that includes taking appropriate measures regarding the protection of personal information at the contractor, etc.
7) Request for disclosure, etc., of Handling of Personal Information
If you wish a notification of the purpose of utilization, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion of the contents, suspension of use, removal, and suspension of the provision to a third party of your Handling of Personal Information or record of provision to a third party held by JTB-CWT, please contact the office mentioned below for the guidance of the necessary procedures. Upon such request, JTB-CWT will immediately implement the necessary measures in accordance with laws, regulations, and the internal rules of JTB-CWT. If the request is not met in whole or in part, JTB-CWT will explain the reason for that.

8) Voluntary provision of Handling of Personal Information
