For contracted clients JTB-CWT establish a customer-specific team including an experienced account executive (sales development manager), account manager (client specific), overseas and domestic travel consultants, with an implementation team including system engineers. Prior to commencing trading a detailed understanding of client characteristics and objectives is established and a database of client specific travel policies and personal data (business travelers division code, employee code, record of travel, passport expiration date, preferences for seats, etc.) created.
Travel requests/bookings (via e-mail, facsimile, telephone, web on-line tools): travel consultants manage all aspects of requested arrangement to provide the most suitable and cost effective schedule within travel policy directives. |
