Understanding client specific travel policies and objectives supported by travel data (BTS provides detailed MI reporting, travel costs by division, traveler, airline, hotel, use zone, seat class) analysis and recommendations encompassing means to improve travel policy, process improvements, preferred supplier selection and values, program optimization strategies and actions.
Focus will be placed on improving processes, booking procedures, data management, travel approval procedures, exception processes, with the objective to improve efficiencies and program optimization with the focus to achieve additional savings on direct and indirect costs. This is an ongoing process to obtain continual improvements in the end-to-end travel management process while maintaining high service levels and client satisfaction. |
